BamBody Banana Bread French Toast

  

BREAKFAST! It’s great anytime, am I right? There’s the obvious choice of having it for that elusive first meal of the day, but breakfast for dinner… yes, please! A mid-day snack… hook a sister up! There is no wrong time for breakfast, and there is ABSOLUTELY no wrong time for some guilt-free banana bread French toast sticks! Keep reading below for this super easy recipe!

What you will need:
1c egg whites
1 egg
5 tbsp. stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ ripe banana (optional this works great without the banana as well!)

In blender mix all ingredients EXCEPT banana bread until completely smooth. Pour mixture into wide container (personally, I use a rectangular Tupperware). On medium heat, heat a large skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

TIP: always check your cooking sprays for ingredients. IT SHOULD ONLY HAVE ONE INGREDIENT.

Dunk 1 slice of banana bread in batter until each side is completely covered. Transfer to skillet. Repeat process for entire loaf. Cook each side approximately 1 min or until golden brown.

You can top with sliced banana and sugar-free maple syrup, or just eat as is!!!!
