Sweet Cinnamon Cauliflower Gnocchi

Dessert-Inspired Gnocchi
Yes you read that right! Any die-hard Trader Joe's shopper out there knows that the cauliflower gnocchi is a must-have. Let's be honest, there's a reason that's it usually sold out and that is because it's freaking INCREDIBLE. So, next time you happen to snag a few bags, rather than preparing it the traditional savory way, try out this sweet and simple take and put that sweet tooth at bay!

What you'll need:

-Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi

-Ground Cinnamon

-Granulated stevia (or sweetener of choice)

-Feast Mode cranberry caramel praline breakfast topper

**Note that there are no specific measurements, as it is a personal preference in regards to how much "topping" you choose to put on your cauliflower gnocchi.**

Directions:

Place frozen cauliflower gnocchi in the airfryer at 350 degrees for approximately 5 minutes. While the gnocchi is cooking in the airfryer, prepare your "topping mix." Create a cinnamon and stevia mixture that is about 3 parts stevia and 1 part cinnamon. Once the gnocchi has been in the airfryer for 5 minutes, take it out and coat each piece in the cinnamon and stevia mixture. Sprinkle with Feast Mode cranberry caramel praline breakfast topper and place back into the airfryer for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle any additional amount of cinnamon sugar or Feast Mode topping to the gnocchi and enjoy!

**Consider making a cream cheese protein frosting glaze as an additional topping. Mix whipped greek cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk until a glaze-like consistency is achieved. Drizzle this over the cooked gnocchi for some added sweetness or keep it simple and drizzle with melted almond butter!**
